When you sign up online, check the box that says you would like to pull credit reports on your applicants. You get 2 credit report options:
Option 1: Full Credit Report
Before you are given this level of access, TransUnion requires a site inspection of your office or home office. This option is typically used by Property Managers but is also available to landlords. There is a one-time site inspection fee of $60 and the inspection is typically completed within a week.
Option 2: Tenant Credit Report Card
To activate this access, TransUnion simply requires a few pieces of documentation from you. You can scan and email or fax us your documents. Review the required documents »
